  They cleaned only our clothes dryer vent and I assume they did a good job, However, communication is a problem and communication is very important. They are not efficient about setting times and dates for service, ignore requests to call when coming, and do not return calls and emails. I complained about an extra charge imposed because they did not call me when they were supposed to, causing me to miss my service time and charged extra to return. They have ignored my complaint, my email and my phone call about the charge.
